If your email has already been added to Acellus, but you are unable to access the Parent or Teacher interface, make sure you entered your email address correctly in the Acellus App. The email address must match the email address already in the Acellus system. To try again, return to the Parent/Teacher sign in screen in the app and add a new user with the correct email address.
