Acellus Releases Middle School Math Course in Spanish

Acellus has just released a new math course for Spanish-Speaking students – Grade 6 Math-Spanish. 

The new course is designed to help students who speak Spanish as their primary language continue to progress in their study of mathematics. While the course is taught in Spanish, it also introduces math concepts and terms in English, helping Spanish-speaking students prepare to transition to the English-speaking classroom.

In Grade 6 Math-Spanish, students learn important math concepts such as ratios and rates, solving problems with negative integers, using expressions and equations in solving problems, and developing an understanding of statistical thinking.

Grade 6 Math-Spanish joins the previously released FUNdamental Math – Spanish and Algebra I-Spanish courses as the third Acellus mathematics course to be taught in Spanish.
